Aw congratulations Sarah - sounds like you did amazing!! I found my first few events post covid EXHAUSTING! some of what you’ve shared here really resonates and I do think that showing up on stories massively helped my public speaking more generally!
For events I have either a plastic clip box (it’s deep but fits a4 size papers) or a vintage suitcase which doubles as a display stand - it works so well.
