This is so true!!!
I felt so isolated and strange when I was younger because I didn't know anyone else like me who was so tired and in pain all the time (plus I didn't even think about AuDHD until I was in my early 30s). Then as I started to meet all my lovely same-sames through different portals it felt so wonderful to have someone half a world away acknowledge "yes, I feel that way too".
