What is Overstimulation?

When I was creating the Sensory Processing Training for my son’s (then) school I thought for months about how best to describe overstimulation.

Finally I landed on this. It was doubly satisfying because it looks like a gas giant and I had already coined the term Neurodivergent Spacetime. 🪐
