I'm celebrating my Neurotype Day today and celebrating 9 years of knowing I am autistic. Here is a video I made in 2022 about overstimulation. (I'll be posting a shorter version over on Instagram @sarahdshotts.) -

When I was creating the Sensory Processing Training for my son’s (then) school I thought for months about how best to describe overstimulation.

Finally I landed on this. It was doubly satisfying because it looks like a gas giant and I had already coined the term Neurodivergent Spacetime. 🪐
